Bookings Process
K9 Team Ltd uses "Pet sitter Dashboard" Software to handle all Bookings, Schedules and payments. This ensures a smooth booking process and easy payment using a Debit or credit Card on the worldclass "Stripe" payment platform. This ensures your card and personal details are protected and complY with GDPR regulations.
If you decide to Use or services, We will load your customer details onto our Unique Pet sitter dashboard profile, You will be emailed by the software to complete your details and either download the pet sitter Dashboard App to your Device or Use the link provided below. Bookings and Reply Emails will then be automated. Walks will be GPS tracked on "Doggylogs" and will include photographs of your dog/s on their walk. These are sent To You with pick up and drop off notifications before and after the walk.
